Indeed, as people have said; Unlock more recruitment offices in the different cities. I can confirm that I have 2 maxed Garages both are complete compliment of female drivers. I even have one garage with blonde female drivers and in the other garage brunette female drivers. cuz Scandi blonde girls are top drawer material.
Is it a deliberate limit of the amount of drivers I can hire? I have maxed out my company with garages in evey corner of Europe, but now I cant hires drivers to all my shiny new trucks. *sniff* Is this still a limit of the game? If yes why dont I get a warning about buying to many trucks?
Solution 1: Choose to drive a different truck that you own, and later change back to your normal truck. Solution 2: Fire & re-hire drivers. This is only recommended if you do not have many hired drivers. Solution 3: Use two different saves for multiplayer and single player. 0.

But more importantly, it seems like your play style is a lot like mine. Being that you take out loans and hire drivers and play the game "legit". However, the issue is when playing multiplayer for ATS/ETS2 the time sync is different than singleplayer. So your employees do work for you - however, time needs to pass in order for them to make money.

For them to tell you they don't have one means either:-. 1. You sold their truck by mistake. 2. You relocated driver without their truck. 3. You relocated truck without the driver. I have had such messages in my early days when I was replacing my fleet just to spend the money.
